Hi! We are Emma & Nikita.

We started this project together after both working in the food industry for 13 years. We originally operated a zero waste office catering kitchen, but due to Covid we had to change direction like everyone else. Seeing the trend and demand for fermented foods, we started to produce raw fermented and pickled/marinated goods.

Our products include many varieties of kimchi, marinated carrots and Russian style sauerkraut, with more to come. All made in Quebec with local products and zero waste is our constant priority.

Currently, our products are available online and in local stores.

We are an eco-friendly catering company and jar shop that specializes in zero waste recipes and fermented goods⁣⁣.

⁣⁣Our menu is fully adaptable and flexible to the preferences of our clients and we can accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.⁣⁣⁣⁣

 By preserving fresh ingredients, using veg scraps and peels for sauces, pates, and marinades, and having no single use plastics, we get to proudly operate a waste free kitchen.⁣⁣⁣⁣ We like to call it our full circle menu.
