Good Big Nice started in our home in Plateau Mont-Royal.
Just us, a lot of big dreams, and a very clear mission:
to take kimchi out of the niche and make it part of
everyday eating, not just something you find in specialty
shops, but something you can grab in your any regular
grocery store across Quebec and Canada.
What began at our kitchen table has grown into a
full-scale, SQF-certified production built for consistency,
food safety, and long-term growth. We invested early
in controlled fermentation and strong operations so
we could scale without compromising what matters
most: authentic flavour, real fermentation, and that
fresh, crunchy texture we’re known for.
