WHO WE ARE
Hi! We are Emma & Nikita.
We are a local Montreal fermented foods company established in 2020.
We started this project together after operating a zero waste office catering company prior to the pandemic. Seeing the trend & demand for these type of products, we started to commercially produce our raw + unpasteurized ferments that we were already integrating into our catering offer.
Our mission is to produce traditional recipes using local produce while minimizing food waste through fermentation, a form of natural preservation.
