Good Big Nice started in our home in Plateau Mont-Royal at the end of 2020.
Just us, and one clear goal: make kimchi an everyday grocery item.

We kept seeing the same issue:
the good kimchi wasn’t accessible, and the accessible kimchi wasn’t good. The category was stuck between imports that weren’t fresh and local brands that couldn’t scale.

So we built something different.

We helped develop one of the first SQF-certified kimchi productions in Canada. Built to meet grocery standards and scale properly.

Now we can do what the category was missing:
