Hi! We are Emma & Nikita.

We started Les Aliments Good Big Nice together after operating a zero waste office catering kitchen before the pandemic. Seeing the trend & demand for fermented foods, we started to commercially produce the raw + alive lacto-fermented products that we were already integrating into our catering offer. 

Our mission is to produce traditional lacto-fermented recipes with local produce, while minimizing food waste through fermentation (a form of natural preservation)
