Our take on the typically Salvadoran CURTIDO. Lightly fermented cabbage relish. Refreshing with a touch of heat. 

 

INGREDIENTS: Napa Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Jalapenos, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Lime 

 

SUGGESTED SERVING: Traditionally served with pupusas (stuffed corn cakes). Perfect as a topping on tacos, in burritos & enchiladas, and in a bbq burger or hot dog.
